Plain Jane Couture
Home of the hotest Polos in the world not even Kitson can keep these in stock. This year at Project NY This was one of the only line that really caught my eye. This is not a deep line but it was done right. At first it took me a few mins to even get in the booth there were so many paople waiting to buy. Once I was in I was hooked. Plain Jane took the screen printed shirt to a whole to class level, they were soft and nicely put together. The Polos where the out of this world with embroidery not only on the chest but around the neck line as well. This placement is new and refreshing for once. stop by there web site and check it out. http://www.plainjanecouture.com/

I really don’t have a lot to say about the united tradeshow in NY, and what I do have to say is not good. It took be all of 3 mins to walk the whole show. For one it was so small for the other there was nothing much to get me to stop. The only some what good lines at this show was; RZST clothing, Green Apple Tree, Kill Shop Kill, and Mishka. Other then those line every things looked liked shit. I was really let down by the guys from Frank 151 who had nothing but hats, my advice stick to the magazine because your fashion sucks. I can really understand why this show was dead!!!!!! Lines sucked and the marketing was really bad. Who ever was in charge of this I think it’s time to let them go. United you let me down!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Obey Brand Clothing
I Used to be a die hard fan of Obey clothing now I find my self checking out obey gear just to see how they are trying to capture the mainstream market. I don’t really need to go over the Histroy of Obey because if you are reading a streetwear blog you already know. But from the base of fashion to what Obey as become I must give them a big thumbs down for their shirt desgins. Come on really who still makes all over prints no one that has any fashion Ideas. Not only is it an all over print they are still trying to push the I am so cool because I am so RETRO tape look.

But on the other hand????? I do have to give obey a little credit(or do I) they are trying some what to become a clothing line, and not just a t-shirt line. This Port coat is a great start. But I think for now I am going to have to step off of the Obey bus, if need be go back to just the basic logo and in the mean time fire your designer.

WESC and KCDC Brooklyn in the world light

If you are a streetwear fan or even a skate fan this is a must have shirt. These are 2 of the most amazing companies working together. KCDC is one of the best skate shops you will ever step foot in. What make this shop so amazing is the people that run it. KCDC is the true skate shop in all its glory no I am to cool for skool bullshit. Just the love of skateing. And you already know how I feel about WESC. With out a doubt one of the best lines out today.

Coat of Arms NYC
Coat of Arms
43 Clinton St. (between Stanton & Rivington)
New York , NY 10002
(212) 673 7060
Monday – Sunday
12pm – 8pm
This shop is everything 80’s I have no Idea if that is good or bad. I guess it all depends on what “Neighborhood” you live in. So I guess this is good news for all of you wanna be Hipsters that never had a chance to be apart of the 80’s. Other then that this shop is what it is, and for what it it is a think it just an ok shop. I guess I am really in the middle of the road with this place.

Hype Shoe stores in New York City. Places with Throwback Nikes.
Prodigy NYC
17 ave B
new york, ny 10009
212.228.4737
Most of the time I don’t even take the time to walk in to shoe stores like this but I had a few seconds to kill before dinner. And After wasting my time by walking into Prodigy NYC I will never make that mistake again. First off the whole I am to cool to talk to you because I rock some throwback nikes is over. This by far was one of the worst shops I have ever been in. No one asked me for help as a matter of fact I don’t even think they gave shit I was in their store. This shop as nothing to offer to the shoe culture. If you must support nikes I say spend your money at some other shop like KCDC or Flight club. Prodigy NYC just needs to burn down.

The Sticker Guy
https://www.stickerguy.com/
We are always looking for ways to get our name out, with out it costing a ton of cash. One way to get this job done is with stuckers. We all know that the Sticker Guy is the cheapest!!! Where else in the world can you get stickers for this-
Red and black
4.25″ x 2.75″
500 stickers for $86 ppd
This is an amazing price. But my first thought was “there is no way these are good stickers” So to put it to the test. I placed a sticker order, and here is what I found out. The price was right for sure, but the wait time was not. It took me about 6 weeks to get my stickers, so if you are in a rush this is not the place for you. The ordering process was really smooth. After a long wait I dug into the box of new stickers and ran right out posting. I wanted to get as many up before the winter hit so I can see how long they will last. Now here it is !!!! I do have to give it to the sticker guy my stickers were still up after a long winter and into the summer. There was no fading and they looked as good as new. So if you dont mind the 6 to 8 week turn around time then the sticker guy is your one stop shop for the basic one color sticker.
